1. Scope of Services
All estimates are based on initial discussions, and final billing will be based on the agreed scope and actual time and effort spent on the project.
2. Licensing Fees
Clients are responsible for all third-party software, OEM licenses, subscriptions, and related charges.
3. Payment Terms
Project payments shall be made as per the agreed contract, proposal, or purchase order terms. For monthly engagement projects, invoices will be raised twice per month and are payable as per the agreed payment terms.
4. Onsite Visits
Travel outside designated service locations will be chargeable, and all travel, accommodation, and related expenses shall be borne by the client.
5. Project Initiation
Project execution will commence only after receipt of the signed agreement, purchase order, and applicable advance payment.
6. Non-Solicitation
Neither party shall directly or indirectly hire or solicit the other party's employees for one year after contract termination.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties shall maintain strict confidentiality of all business information, processes, and data shared during the engagement.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
9. Entire Agreement
The signed agreement, proposal, and associated documents constitute the complete understanding between ITqubs Technologies and the client.
10. Policy Updates
ITqubs Technologies reserves the right to update these policies, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Cancellation and Refund
Refunds may be provided before service commencement, on a pro-rata basis in exceptional circumstances, or where services materially differ from agreed deliverables.
